Emeralds on the mid-hillside offers a broad range of vegetarian fare making use of our organic produce grown right on the resort property.
The beachside restaurant operates as Trou au Diable for lunch daily with an eclectic menu. In the evening choose from the Aspera East Indian themed menu or our grill menu.
Menus always include vegetarian options and the culinary team is happy to meet dietary requirements/restrictions at any time.
The Beachside and Hillside bars are open throughout the day serving Caribbean and Classic cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks. The hillside bar offers free wifi.
