Seventeen distinct accommodations, many with private plunge pools, dot the hillside and sea-front of the estate. The structures reflect the old-Caribbean heritage, while giving modern comforts and luxury.

All plunge pools, and the pool at Cotton Hill Residence, are equipped with child safety alarms.

Three charming stand alone West Indian-styled cottage accommodations with garden views and distant Atlantic Ocean views. Bedrooms feature king-size beds with decorative netting, spacious dressing rooms and bathrooms with elevated baths. Each room opens onto a large verandah furnished with lounge chairs and dining furniture.

Four suites, two Superior Upper and two Deluxe Lower Floor, all with large privately furnished verandah; French doors open from both the bedroom and the living room. Suited for couples with maximum two children, as extra twin beds can be added in the living rooms. A door separates the bedroom from the living room. Main bathroom opens off the bedroom, with a powder room located off the living room.

The two Deluxe Suites feature private plunge pools which flow from the suites' veranda with an elegantly furnished pool deck.

The Superior Sea Front Room Upper sits atop the House with sweeping views of the sea from bedroom, verandah, and raised bath.

Four additional Deluxe Sea Front accommodations are on the lower floor of the house, each with broad sea views, its own private verandah and plunge pool.

Four bi-level suites on the highest point of the resort with breathtaking vistas of the island’s Atlantic side. Spacious baths and fully equipped dressing rooms are located both floors, making them perfect for families. The upper floor features a master bedroom and a large private balcony. The lower floor features a sitting room with 2 day beds and a wooden deck outside: elegantly furnished with shade-umbrellas and lounge chairs, featuring a private plunge pool.

This extremely private two-bedroom residence has its own dedicated Butler to cater to every request. It boasts panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Resort Gardens, a spacious sitting room, dining room, separated master suite, outdoor gazebo and large private swimming pool.
Each bedroom is furnished with king beds and signature French Antique pieces, has a large bathroom with double basins, a large bath and separate shower. The master bedroom shower is located outside with views over the Atlantic Ocean.
