Accommodations consist of 16 Rooms/Cottages, the North Beach Cottage, and two Villas, allincluding private terrace and water views; available individually, or rent the entire island.

For a cozy space with villa-style amenities, Guana offers serval cottages with their own private pools. Each cottage cottage provides the perfect setting for a couple to enjoy the comfort and elegance of our most luxurious villa, but without more space than neccessary.

The only house on the Island’s stunning North Beach; includes a private golf cart for traversing the island. Living room, bedroom, and kitchen are surrounded by scenic terraces. Complete with private seaside deck and saltwater pool just steps from the ocean. Meals are served at the Club, but arrangements can be made to dine alone at North Beach.

Jost House is the ultimate in luxury living and has breathtaking views of Guana from the living room,dining room and terraces. Its main bedrooms open onto a grand terrace with an infinity pool and hot tub. Can be rented as a two or three bedroom villa.

Harbour House is situated on the Island’s main ridge and has sweeping views of Guana and of the Atlantic and Caribbean. It has large terraces, a dining veranda, an infinity pool and a hot tub. Can be rented as a one or two bedroom villa.
